About Me

From broadcast media in Brazil to SaaS systems across Brazil & USA.

I started my career in Brazil working with user experience in broadcast media (TV Globo), where I learned how to connect people with information in an intuitive way. Over time, I transitioned to technology and product design, expanding my skills into UX/UI, service design, and customer success.

I have designed SaaS systems applied to healthcare, fitness, property management, and education, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in Brazil and the USA. In parallel, I have delivered +40 freelance UX/UI projects for startups, NGOs, and SMBs worldwide, creating measurable impact in adoption, retention, and user satisfaction.
